JNTC and its employees, in the belief that sound business ethics together with a creative and clean organizational culture will drive the united effort towards manufacturing products of the highest quality and thus becoming a foremost company that garners respect and trust in both domestic and international markets, hereby instate the [JNTC Ethics Charter] to serve as the standard for our decision-making and actions.

Ethics Charter

  • We will consider customer satisfaction to be our priority while pursuing shared prosperity based on mutual trust and respect with our employees, partners, competitors, and shareholders as partners for value creation.

  • We will respect the cultures and customs of all regions and nations where we conduct our business, comply with its laws and morals, as well as faithfully performing our obligations and rights as an ethical business through fair competition.

  • We will hold responsibility, creativity, initiative, and pioneering spirits in high regard, cultivate our morality and humanity and abide by the rules of etiquette to uphold JNTC's honor and dignity.

  • We will create a robust organizational culture based on company-employee cooperation, diligently and honestly carrying out tasks to the best of one's abilities, and forming relationships based on mutual respect and consideration.

Cyber Audit Office

JNTC operates a Cyber Audit Office to establish and realize ethical business management.
Stakeholders may report employee corruption or wrongdoing to the Cyber Audit Office. The reporting individual's identity and the report's content shall be thoroughly protected as confidential. If the reports are made according to the 5W1H format the response process would be greatly facilitated. The responses to the reports will be returned quickly through e-mail or telephone. Also, in principle, the reports must be made under your actual name.

Items to Report
- Embezzlement or receiving of bribes by employees
- Wrongful or unfair conduct by employees
- Requesting/Providing gifts or favors
- Employees holding dual employment
- Sexual harassment, inappropriate conduct
- Other issues that violate the code of ethics

Reporting Method
- To prevent malicious or slanderous false charges, all reports must be made under your actual name
- The Audit Office will determine whether to accept and investigate the reported item (the reporting individual's contact information must be included in the report)
- The report describing the corruption or unfair practices should be drafted according to the 5W1H format (Who, When, Where, What, Why, How)
